Congrats to Lori Wiechmann for being named the May Ultimate Fit Runner of the Month! They also have 2 very needy labradors that keep them busy!
What motivates you to run/walk? Like many runners, living a healthy active lifestyle is one of my top priorities. I am also very goal oriented when it comes to running/racing. Early morning as the sun is coming up. Favorite weather to run in? 40-50s and nothing beats a run in the rain on a warm summer day! Music or no music? I listen to podcasts on easy/long runs and music on the speedier days.
