The Ultimate fit winter challenge

Are you ready for a challenge? If you said yes you have clicked on the perfect page. Ultimate Fit & Tri-State Fitness are teaming up to bring a new winter challenge to the Tri-State. To keep your New Year's fitness goals going, participants will run/walk 100/200/300 miles in 3 months. The challenge starts on January 1, 2025 and ends on March 31.
Rules (This is a self motivated challenge as their are no rewards associated with finishing the miles 1st.)
1. Keep track of your miles on your own by using the google sheet below. Set weekly goals or get a run/walk streak going.
2. For community support make sure to upload runs/walks to the Strava group!
3. Feel free to post pics in the FB group on your journey to 100.
4. Once registered, an email will be sent with $5 off discount codes for the Freakin' Frozen, Freakin' Freezin' and Presidents' Day Races. The $5 discount is not automatically taken off on check out for the races. A code must be used for the discount at check out.
Cost $25 with pick up at Ultimate Fit ($30 to ship shirt)

Long sleeve super soft cotton shirts (unisex sized) will be ordered once the registration deadline ends. Participants will have the option to pick up their shirt at Ultimate Fit (reduced cost) or have it shipped.
This is your challenge. Go solo or join others in your goal of 100/200/300 miles to start 2025. If you want to join others click the Strava private "club" above and join our Facebook private group!
