Start Time: 1:00 PM Central Time for both races.
Location: Harmonie State Park. 3451 Harmonie State Park Rd. New Harmony, IN. The parking area will be located at the swimming pool. After you go through the main entrance, the pool parking area will be on the left. Since it is the winter, there is no charge to enter the park!
Course: The 12Ks course will measure approximately 7.3 miles. The 5K will be an out and back. Both events will start and finish at the pool parking lot area. See below for a map.
Price: Medal Only option $20 until Aug.1; $25 until Dec.1; $30 until race day. (Add $10 for long sleeve race shirt, $20 for a hoodie)
**For the medal only option, when on the shirt selection page click medal only option on drop down at top.
**Student/Active Military/Vet use the code XMAS5 for a $5 off discount.
**If you do not come to the race on December 15, you are not guaranteed to get your race shirt after the event.
Early & Race Day Pick-Up: Early pickup December 13 @ FC Tucker EMGE from 5:00-6:00pm. Address is 7820 Eagle Crest Blvd. Evansville, IN. (To enter use the side door facing Bar Louie)
Awards: Overall Male & Female for 12K & 5K
Placement pins awarded to Top 4 Male/Top 4 Female in 12K & 5K (excluding overall winners) in following categories: 13 & Under; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+
Timing: Bib timing provided by To the Finish Timing.
Weather: The race will go on rain or shine! In the event of ice or snow or an event outside of the race directors control, the race will be postponed or canceled and entries are non-refundable. The make up date will be December 22.

Participants have the choice of a long sleeve t (Race Reg + $10) or a hoodie (Race Reg + $20). Both are unisex sized. Youth sizes are long sleeve t only. Guaranteed shirt/hoodie deadline is December 1. After that date no extra hoodies will be ordered and a limited number of long sleeve t will be.
The custom di-cast finisher medal can double as an ornament!
