The rewards banquet will take place on January 26 at the Crescent Room in Evansville, IN.  Price will be $20 for those who qualified for the banquet and $25 for a guest or runner/walker who did not qualify.
In order for the banquet to take place, we need to have at least 100 registered by January 11.  If we do not have that number, refunds will be issued.  If event is on and you can't attend, refunds will not be processed.

Points will be awarded by the following:
1 Point for each race you register for, races listed below (Once you get to 8 points, each race you do after will be 2 points each)
1 Bonus point for placing in your age group
2 Bonus points for volunteering to work a water station at a race listed below (if available).

**A grand prize will be awarded at the January, 2019 banquet.  All those participants who qualified for the banquet can win!  For each race you participate in, you will receive a ticket in the drawing.  The more races you do, the better chance you have of winning! You will also receive a ticket for attending the banquet.

**The banquet will also be contingent upon the number of participants required by the venue, 100.  January 11 will be the date everyone needs to sign up by in order to have the banquet! 

**Points will not carry over to 2019.  Everyone's points will zero out after the 12K's of Christmas Race.
**If you are signing up and have completed one or more of the races in the rewards program (listed below), please put in the comments sections which ones you have participated in to help us out.  
2019 Banquet 
In January 2019, all participants who earned at least 6 points (and their spouse) will be invited to an end of the racing season banquet.  We thought this would be a great way to spend an evening with fellow runners and walkers in the Tri-State.  

​At this banquet we will be giving away a grand prize to 1 lucky winner (must be present to win).  This will include:
1. Entry into all Tri-State Fitness races in 2019 worth $250. 
2. Entry into the Peace, Run, & Harmony Half including a 1 night stay at the New Harmony Inn worth $200.
3. Ultimate Fit Runners Gift Basket with the following items worth $325 (1 pair running shoes, Halo headband, 1 pair Feetures socks, Brooks 2 pack socks, Body Glide, Knuckle Lights, Mace, Flip Belt, 5 Gu Packs, Ultimate Fit Water Bottle)

Guest Speakers
Michelle Walker, a Newburgh mom, has shared her story in the newly published autobiography, If You Give a Mom a Marathon: Six Kids and a Run Around the World, in hopes of inspiring others.
She has ran in more than 140 marathons around the world, including races on all seven continents and all 50 states. She has six kids, three boys and three girls, ranging in age from eight to 22 years old.
Madison Rahschulte is no stranger to the running circuit in the state of Indiana.  At just 13 years old, she recently completed her goal of running a race in all 92 Indiana counties!  This journey included a Tri-State Fitness event, the Valhalla 5K in March 2017.  
We we also have a special musical guest at the banquet, Sub 3!  This is a local band made up of local runners, Todd Reller, Phillip Frey, David Klauss, and Jill Snyder!
The Stockwell Inn will be catering the banquet.  The cost of the meal will be announced soon...
